从地基到 CCC 全流程严苛质控
在纽西兰建造房屋需要对《建筑法》、《新西兰建筑规范》、市议会阶段检验以及结构工程保证书保持极高水准的严谨合规。
在 ACG Building，每个项目均由新西兰注册持牌建筑工 (LBP) 直接现场监督，在每个重要检验节点均执行详尽的自检清单。
地基浇筑前检验
浇筑混凝土前对土壤承载力、RibRaft 垫层、钢筋绑扎及地下水管进行预检。
外墙防水与包装检验
严格检验建筑呼吸纸、空腔垫条 (Cavity)、防水胶带及铝合金门窗安装。
封板前隐蔽工程检验
水管打压测试、电线布线、保温棉 R 值及结构抗震拉结件验收。
最终 CCC 竣工验收
汇总全套施工保证书 (PS3/PS4)，完成市议会最终检验，下发正式 CCC 证书。
